TSM, Inc., Innolog Corporation,and Health Management Resources, Inc. are partners on the LogWorld Contract. SBA strongly supports the participation of small business concerns in the Federal Supply Schedules Program. To enhance Small Business Participation, the SBA policy allow agencies to include in their procurement base and goals the dollar value of orders expected to be placed against the Federal Supply Schedules, and to report accomplishments against these goals.

SIN 874-501 Supply and Value Chain Management Services
Planning, development, management, operation, and maintenance of logistics systems. These systems deal with: acquisition support, movement and maintenance of resources (including the material requirements determination and acquisition planning, storage, movement, distribution, maintenance, evacuation and disposition of material and equipment) asset or property visibility and management; and operation and maintenance of the infrastructures that support these activities.
SIN 874-502 Acquisition Logistics
Services involving the logistics management discipline which supports a product or system through its life cycle. Services may include Acquisition Logistics or Integrated Logistics Support associated with the design, development, test, production, fielding, sustainment, improvement of, and disposal of cost effective systems including the eventual disposal or salvage of these systems.
SIN 874-504 Deployment Logistics Services
Contingency planning; inventory and property planning, movement, storage, and accountability; and communications and logistics systems to permit rapid deployment and management of supplies and equipment.
SIN 874-505 - Logistics Training Services
TSM and INNOLOG offer classroom and hourly training in system operations and automated tools for supply and value chain management, property and inventory management, distribution and transportation management and maintenance of equipment and facilities supporting these activities. Customization of off-the-shelf training may include but is not limited to:
  • Workbooks
  • Training manuals
  • Computer based training
  • Videotapes
  • Overhead transparencies
  • Advanced presentation media
SIN 874-599 Introduction of New Service

TSM, INNOLOG and HMR, can also offer new services that are not necessarily accounted for in the other work areas. This introduction of a new service would to be within the scope of the schedule and would need to have potential to provide the Government with a more economical or efficient means of meeting missions requirements.
