Requirement 1- Critical System
and Functional Training
TSM
was subcontracted the project and was responsible for providing
training support for their critical systems and developing functional
manual.
Solutions
TSM provided critical system training for the AWS/WICS
integrated system. The following manuals were developed to support
the system.
- Operator's Manual
- System Specification
- End User Manual
Customer Satisfaction
TSM provided follow-up support to AWS/WICS users
incorporating additional system enhancements for the AWS communications
architecture. The system is currently stable and end users are able
to successfully use the fixed and mobile LAN controllers, radio
frequency units, scanners and desktop units.
Requirement 2- Database
Training
TSM was responsible for developing Reference Manuals,
Computer-Based Tutorials, Administrator's Manuals, and Operator's
Manual for the Civilian Cost Analysis System (CIVCOST).
Solutions
TSM developed the support documents and tutorials
allowed for the training of end users geographically dispersed.
Customer Satisfaction
Managers are able to control the civilian personnel
budget by tracking the civilian payroll, Related expenditures, merge
extracts from personnel, payroll, and manpower systems, and projections
throughout the year.
