Requirement

TSM was responsible for network setup, systems integration, software installations and training, and website design and maintenance.

Solutions

TSM setup three networks consisting of the Child Development Center, the Adult Computer Lab, and the Church Administration network. Software installed consisted of children programs, MS Office, church accounting system, and Quickbooks. Hardware installed included a custom designed server, hubs, printers, fax equipment, and a Plam Pilot. Documented all three networks. Trained Administrators and Pastor on equipment and software usage. Designed Church website.

Customer Satisfaction

TSM has met and exceeded the project requirement. Customer is able to go online, exchange files between different servers, and work in a network environment.
