Requirement - Development of Cost Control Tracking System TSM was responsible for developing a Relational Cost Control Tracking System for Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAS) Solutions TSM developed a system that automated the control
of cost associated with buildings maintained by GSA. First TSM established
a process analysis for electronic data flow within property management
centers (PMCS) and customer service centers (CSCS), and the hardcopy
forms, 1814, 2962, 2960, time summaries, and the accounting (ACT)
logs. Customer Satisfaction The cost control system developed by TSM provides a running total of charges against reimbursable funds and managers are automatically notified when their expenses are within 85% of the reimbursable budget allocations.
