Requirement

TSM was responsible for providing functional training for Functional Cargo Booking, Quality Control training , Database Management Analysis, and Data Standardization for their Integrated Booking System (IBS). Also provide documentation support.

In addition, TSM also provided support for functional cargo carrier analysis, training, and carrier selections inclusive of training evaluators, shippers, and carriers. Support was levels included three modules of the Carrier Analysis and Rates Evaluation (CARE II): Headquarter's Module (HQ), Graphical Information Services (GIS), Service Module (SM)).
