TSM was responsible for Local Area Network (LAN) Integration, internet and intranet setup, network documentation and end user training.

Solutions

TSM designed the entire office network that consited of over 50 computers. Setup two servers with tape backup, switches, hubs, printers, and scanners. Designed website and setup the internet and intranet. Installed Ceredian Human Resources application and Cost Point Accounting System. Upgraded used computers and installed new computers. Trained all users in MS Windows and MS Office. Wrote network documentation.Local Area Network (LAN integration, Internet and Intranet setup, network documentation and end user training. SENTEL was able to share files, process information, and communicate more effectively with internal offices and external sites.
