TSM was responsible for the technical support and training of security officers of the C3 security operations center responsible for white house activities

TSM assisted mc dean with system upgrades, installation of security cameras and equipment, radio frequency equipment, and communications software. TSM also conducted classes on usage of the upgrades and enhancements for security officers, system operators and administrators.
