Training Implementation

We divide the curriculum into three levels: Introductory, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels. It is our goal for training sessions to be available to students as quickly as the need is determined. To aid in this availability of training and courseware, we will re-use as much core content as available from a previous course and retain a pool of instructors capable of facilitating the class.

Our courses and instruction are provided as follows:

• Develop training strategies and plans using our courseware factory
• Identify the approach to design course structure and delivery mechanisms
• Identify training participants
• Evaluate training delivery methods
• Test design of training programs
• Launch initial training programs
• Monitor registration and feedback mechanism
• Schedule and record training activities
• Provide training for users requiring sustainment or remedial review.
